It's easy to enroll in the Tricare
Supplement Plan. Just complete the RAUS Membership Application form. We will
enroll you as a RAUS member and send you the complete package of information
and Supplement Insurance Enrollment Form.
You cannot be turned down for coverage, although a
pre-existing condition may initially limit the extent of your coverage. To

After your completed Enrollment Form and first
premium payment have been processed, you'll receive a certificate of
insurance which you can examine for 30 days risk free. Return it for a full
refund if you are not completely satisfied. Step 1 - Download and print the
following individual forms:
Step 2 - Select one of the
optional plans:
- Comprehensive Retiree Plan
- High Option II Retiree Plan
- Active Duty Family II Plan
Step 3 - Determine your
quarterly premiums based on your selected plan and your present
age. Don't forget to include coverage for a spouse and/or children.
Step 4 - Complete the forms and mail
them along
with your check for the first premium payment and your discounted initial RAUS membership
dues to:
